Automatic coupling for a piping bulk automatic attachment and detachment system.

Shortening downtime for mold changes! Automatic coupling system for integrated automatic attachment and detachment of piping.

In the process of automation being advanced in all industrial fields, manufacturing equipment is always required to be of high quality. Naturally, the costs associated with equipment downtime for repairs, mold and tool replacements, etc., have significantly increased compared to the past. To provide manufacturing equipment with the flexibility to handle small quantities of various products while minimizing downtime, shortening the time required for attaching and detaching machine components becomes a crucial factor. By incorporating Sain's auto coupling into the manifold, it is possible to collectively attach and detach any number of piping for various fluids, regardless of the number of pipes. At that time, the coupling/nipple can be used in any size and any material (steel type or brass type). Sain's auto coupling has many unique features that are unmatched by others.
